In order to deal with the trend of the global warming,the governments focus on the low carbon development in all walks of life.With the development of information technology and the transformation of consumer consumption idea,the scale of e-commerce transaction and the e-commerce logistics amplified sharply.In support of large scale e-commerce transaction,the expansion of the e-commerce logistics service scale added a huge amount of carbon emissions,which has become the key factor affecting the carbon emissions of the e-commerce industry.Focusing on the low carbon development in the B2 C e-commerce,this paper takes the design and optimization of low carbon logistics network in the B2 C e-commerce as the research object and carries out the research in two aspects: the single city low carbon logistics network design and optimization in the B2 C e-commerce and the city group low carbon logistics network design and optimization in the B2 C e-commerce.(1)According to the single city low carbon logistics network design and optimization problem in the B2 C e-commerce,this paper constructs a fuzzy mathematical programming model with multi-objective and the corresponding fuzzy method based on credibility to solve the model.This paper uses the total minimized logistics cost,the total minimized logistics time and the total minimized logistics carbon emissions as the optimization objective of the model.With the data of a B2 C e-commerce enterprises which providing service for the city of Guangzhou,this paper uses the MATLAB2015 b and the CPLEX software to solve the model,and verifies the effectiveness of the model and the fuzzy solving method.(2)According to the city group low carbon logistics network design and optimization problem in the B2 C e-commerce,this paper constructs a fuzzy mathematical programming model with multi-objective and the corresponding fuzzy method based on credibility to solve the model.This paper uses the total minimized logistics cost,the total minimized logistics time and the total minimized logistics carbon emissions as the optimization objective of the model.With the data of a B2 C e-commerce enterprises which providing service for the city of Guangzhou,the city of Foshan and the city of Dongguan,this paper uses the MATLAB2015 b and the CPLEX software to solve the model,and verifies the effectiveness of the model and the fuzzy solving method.
