With theintegration of Chinese economy into globalisation,the various industry continuously to enter the international market.The guitar industry is not only an industrial industry,but also a cultural industry.The development of this industry associates with the national stable political environment,the development of economic power of a whole society,the enhancement of customers?? purchasing power and the desire of people for music.Chinese guitar industry has become the largest guitar producer and exporter in the world under theenvironment of favourable situation,enjoyable geographical position and supporting of people.This report will mainly discuss the recent marketing problem of Guangzhou Spread Music in the new marketing envionment.Firstly,it will explain the market needs,marketing channel,marking area and the situation of rivals.It will also analyse the competitive advantages,disadvantages,challenges and opportunitiesof the business by using the SWOT method.Moreover,using 4P and 4C strategies to reset the strategies of the business,which includes target market groups,regional market,development mode,overall strategic objective and combined strategiesmeasures.Furthermore,it will conclude ways to choose target markets and use the combined strategies measuresto implement marketing campaigns and fulfilstrategic objective.Therefore,this will make the business to be able to combine various effective resources and maximise the competitive advantages to create more development space under the complex international market environment.The conclusion of this research has practical guiding significance,meanwhile,it is meaningful for the competitiors to use for reference in marketing strategic research.
