This thesis study's object is about a distribution study on the establishment IT Enterprises. the purport of this study is that entrepreneurship not only can help the one who want to get more progress, but also can help that our society develop our economy. the main content include five parts.The paper mainly talk abou that knowledge, informaintion and expierience of entrepreneurship. first of all, the paper introduce the theory study about internal and overseas. Entrepreneurship not only need to think the big condition of economics include overseas and internal. but also need to think the trend of the IT industry. at the same time, this paper also introduce the analysing theory tools, especially, it introduce the creative thinking of entrepreneurship, finally, it introduce the effective entrepreneurship. This paper use the main ways that is for the salse and strategy. using the tool of PEST, this tool analyse entrepreneurship, we can draw a conclusion for the big enconomics, and use the chance. another one tool is SWOT, it can be ananlysed the entrepreneurship in advantage, threaten, changce and weakness. Using the tools, we can understand the direction of entrepreneurship. and we alse use the DuPont Analysis for the entrepreneurship.Finanlly, we can draw some conclusions, this conclusions can help that entrepreneurship who work on entrepreneurship.
