Research On Fuzzy Evaluation And Control Of The Risk Of Equity Crowd-funding Investment

As an emerging financial innovation mode in the era of “Internet+”,Equity congregation provides opportunities to achieve equity financing and creative displaying for the emergence of small start-ups,which can reduce the costs of both information transmission and communication between investors and financiers,to some extent solve the difficulties of financing in small start-up enterprises,bring new approaches for residents to investment,and play an important role to improve the construction of multi-level capital market as well as the strategies of “all to innovate,all to start business” in China.However,due to the lack of relevant legal system,professional knowledge of investment platform,risk prevention consciousness in investors,and inefficiency of credit system,the events such as bankrupt of congregation platform,running away occurred frequently since 2015,which suggests that investing in equity crowd-funding market still have great risks.Crowd-funding investors are the main part of the economic market,because of asymmetric information as well as other reasons,they are in the face of more extensive risk sources and more complex risk factors.Based on this background,this article establishes a set of scientific index system to measure the investment risk from the perspective of investors,constructs the method of risk fuzzy evaluation with superiority,then proposes a package of risk control measures,and provide the theoretical basis for the investment decisions of investors.On the qualitative analysis,firstly this paper introduces the conception and theory of equity crowd-funding,summarizes the development of equity crowd-funding at home and abroad,then analyses the specific participation in the congregation to raise equity in the process of investment risk categories from investors' side,defines the connotation of risk index,constructs the integrated evaluation index system.For fuzzy risk evaluation,this paper is aiming to raise equity crowd-funding investment risk evaluation problem of highly fuzzy characteristics,firstly introducing AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to rate various risks,and then improving the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy scheduling model,raising interval valued intuitionistic preference of fuzzy ranking method for a number of projects to raise crowdfunding risk ranking considering the uncertain degree of experts.For risk control,BP neural network model is introduced through the platform to collect target index value at risk and the expected rate of return of the relationship,using the sensitivity analysis to classify the risk factor model for priority control and implementation of revenue impact more risk.For empirical research,using risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risks mentioned in < 33 agricultural equity capital >,the result is "moderate".comparing the risk level of 5 equity crowd-funding using the sorting method,according to the BP neural network model of the nonlinear relationship between risk and return all the chips,the sensitivity analysis model of 15 risk factors according to the sensitivity of the income is divided into 6 categories and put forward control measures,and provide some suggestions on the risk prevention for the main participants of crowd-funding market.
