The Research Risk Management System Of Equity Crowd-funding Planform Angelcrunch

During recent years,the equity crowd-funding business has developed rapidly in China.At the same time,the research on the effective prevention and management of its risks is relatively inadequate.This paper studies this problem,which related to the sustainable development of the equity crowd-funding business and the protection of the interests of investors.Based on the current situation and the importance of risk management in financial literature,this paper puts forward the design of risk management system of equity crowd-funding platform.Based on the introduction of the equity crowd-funding and its characteristics,differences with other modes of financing,risks and interrelated characteristics,we pointed out the principle of comprehensive risk management to raise the significance of the design a risk management system,and combined with the case study of the risk management system of equity crowd-funding platform of AngelCrunch to discuss issues related to the design of risk management system of equity crowd-funding.The main conclusion of this paper is: as risk is widely existed among all participants,and there are wide correlations between risks,we should follow the principle of comprehensive risk management when designing risk management system.At the same time,an effect risk management system should be able to identify key risk factors and focus on key risk factors through regulation design.In view of this,we have focused on the rules of "leader + follower",and put forward that we should further improve the incentive and restraint mechanism for the leaders' behaviors,so as to eliminate related risks and make the whole risk management system operate effectively.
