As a representative of the success of Chinese manufacturing companies,the achievements of Haier Group's rapid development are obvious to all.Haier has been able to achieve such success because Haier has embarked on a groundbreaking and unique path in terms of entrepreneurial spirit,product innovation,organizational management,business model and strategic transformation etc.In 2005,Haier proposed the most famous organizational management innovation model-the "integrating Order with Personal" model.From the negative questioning to the participation,and now to the affirmative expectations,Haier has been exploring it for decades.At the same time,exploring the way on financial management innovation,Haier Group's financial sharing model has always been adapted to the "integrating Order with Personal" model,following the strategic transformation to carry out the financial organization system reform,which is different from traditional financial sharing in terms of target positioning,functional design and platform construction etc.and has formed a unique Haier model.Therefore,it is particularly important to actively explore the financial sharing innovation of Haier Group under the "integrating Order with Personal" mode.In this paper,Haier Group as the research object,based on extensive access to relevant literature at home and abroad,first of all through the integration of strategic transformation and financial sharing mode theory to sort out and summarize the relevant research status;and then introduce Haier's financial sharing model,combined it with the difference of the characteristics of the traditional financial sharing model,from the two aspects of cost efficiency and risk management strategy decision,to analyze the implementation effect of Haier financial sharing under the "integrating Order with Personal" mode,which is used to demonstrate the scientific nature and effectiveness of Haier model;further,analyze the internal relations of "integrating Order with Personal" model and the Haier financial sharing model,analyze the key to the super-replicability of the "integrating Order with Personal" model,to innovatively speculate the feasibility of Haier financial sharing's cross-border replication extension under the "integrating Order with Personal" model.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: Haier financial sharing innovation has a supporting role in the strategic transformation of enterprises;continuous optimization of organizations and processes is the key to Haier's financial sharing innovation;Haier financial sharing cross-border replication extension is feasible under the "integrating Order with Personal" model.The innovation of this paper is to link the "integrating Order with Personal" model of the enterprise with the financial sharing model from the perspective of Haier Group's strategic transformation.In addition,it is innovative to speculate that Haier financial sharing can be replicated across borders under the "integrating Order with Personal" mode,which enriches the application of the financial sharing model in practice.
