Along with the progress of our country's social economy,the development of small and medium-sized medical enterprises offers a wide range of opportunities,but also poses more serious challenges.Sustainable development is the top priority for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies in the increasingly competitive market.Small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises to adapt to the development of The Times and the current market environment,you need to make a scientific and reasonable enterprise strategic management plan,so that to ensure the improvement of market competition ability.This paper,taking Longxi county of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise-JiuFang group in Gansu province as the research target,by integrating theory and practice research methods,in-depth study of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise's strategic management process.Thesis through the analysis of the internal environment analysis of JiuFang group in Gansu province,internal resources ability analysis,the external analysis,PEST analysis,porter five model and SWOT analysis,the study of JiuFang group in Gansu province development strategic choice is vertical integration strategy,forward and backward integration development direction on extension industry chain,extend existing scale of operation.To operate and locate the medical modernization,the operation of the base localization,the brand nationalization.Enhance company management level approach to change management ideas,focus on the development of the company's core competitiveness,the implementation of independent innovation,and resources to take the development mode of combining use of brand advantage,enhance market position and competitive advantage.Implementation measures for reasonable product positioning,increase the intensity of market development,to the integration of industry chain,before and after the use of differentiation to enhance enterprise competitiveness,reduce the enterprise cost,improve the quality of enterprise science and technology information,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and finally to the promotion of the competitiveness of the JiuFang group in Gansu province.
