Since the inspection of the 21 st century,the world economy has undergone dramatic changes.Sino-Latin American trade partnership also received a boost and became much more substantial compare to the previous decades.Since China had successfully conducted the reform of openness within 40 years,the state turned into one of the most prominent world economics and its power and influence grow incrementally.Meanwhile,Latin America countries also grow stronger in economics and the most developed region of Latin America – the Southern Cone possesses a great deal of potential for development as well as formidable natural resources reserves.Alongside China’s growth,the states of the Southern Cone stepped onto the path of rapid development what stimulates mutually beneficial economic cooperation with China,since Beijing seeks for new perspective trade partners.Cumulative weight of China and Southern Cone progresses as well as their interdependence.The volume of investments soars,however China’s interaction with each Cone’s country is measured at less or higher degree.The countries of the Southern Cone are quite investment attractive,therefore these countries are targeted as zouchuqu’s goals of the investment strategy of China.As estimated by appliance of trade indexes and investment environment assessments,such existing problems such as inequality in trade and investment structure;investment volumes inequality to trade cooperation;trade conflicts were identified.Besides,the US interest factor;cultural and language differences and lack of mutual awareness slow down the taken pace in cooperation of China and the Southern Cone countries.In order to speed up this process of cooperation it is necessary to boost trade,investments and finance;to optimize the structure of export and import;to provide infofeedback on Southern Cone countries for Chinese companies prior to engagement.
