More and more economic and trade exchanges between China and Russia,especially in the energy,agricultural trade between China and Russia more and more cooperation.In transnational business activities,choose to cooperate with other countries of local enterprises,enterprises to set up a joint venture of economic activities.However,The joint venture is composed of many ethnic people,cultural differences exist between the lateral.And with the new generation of employees to join in,traditional mangement of the old staff has changed,inducing a difference between the vertical mangement.Employee participation in management can not only meet the needs of high level employees,but also has a key role in improving organizational performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the factors that affect employees' participation in the Sino Russian joint venture.This study describes the current main forms of employee participation in the management,including share of decision-making power,representatives of participation,quality circle and employee stock ownership.On the basis of reviewing the theory of Maslow's demand theory and process theory,this study would identify key factors influencing employee participation in management in Sino Russian joint venture.Two research methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were selected.The questionnaire survey method mainly aims at the enterprise's basic level staff,and the depth interview method mainly aims at the enterprise's manager to carry on the research.What's more,the case analysis is added to further demonstrate the viewpoint of this study.This study found that the current employees involved in the management in Sino Russian joint venture existing four main questions,for example,lower overall satisfaction,lacking strong support to encourage employees to participate in organization,lacking enough trust from leaders in employee participation in management,too singel of employee participation management form is too single.And through factor analysis and in-depth interviews found that the main factorsinfluencing the staff to participate in management including the attitude of leadership on employee participation in management,the working atmosphere of Sino Russian joint venture and the concept of Sino Russian joint venture employees.At last,six measures to improve employee participation in management are put forward from two angles of enterprise management and employees respectively.
