Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Project Of The Old City Crow Chencheng Village In Zhengzhou City

Urban village is a special phenomenon in China.With the further development of economy and urbanization,the urban village has become necessary to solve problems in the construction and development of the city.Make the urban village become an economic region of the city,not only promote the overall development of the city,but also can give full play to the villages in the city,reflecting its value to the maximum extent.As the largest city village in Zhengzhou,Lao yachen villiage covers a large area and accommodates a large quantity of the resident population and the floating population.So it is difficult to solve problems.Due to the interests of the coordination,the process of transformation produces generous contradiction.First of all,this paper compares the related concept and theory,concluding that the transformation purposes to make the urban village to the economy subject meeting the needs of the modern society.Secondly,this paper takes the Lao yachen village transformation as an example of empirical research,analyzing the status,policy measures and the reasons of the contradiction.Thirdly,this paper made a concrete analysis of the Lao yachen village transformation,analyzing the problems and the causes.In the last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in the transformation,such as solving the living problems of the residents,the payment of compensation and introducing the “PPP” style to solve the financial problem.Furthermore,this paper proposes some measures and suggestions on the job opportunities,pension and the health care.
