Textile industry has always been China's crucial industry. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy,China's wage level and living standard has been improved a lot, which raised the labor costs and transportation costs inevitably. Thus China's textile industry lost the competitive advantage gradually. What's more, the depletion of resources and the appreciation of RMB have been hindering the development of Chinese textile industry. In an era of “the Belt and Road” strategy, through transferring industry into some countries that possess competitive advantage and utilizing transnational investment to innovate and develop are good choices for Chinese textile enterprises to enhance the comprehensive strength. However, facing such complicate international environment, textile corporations should focus on how to choose the host country that accepts transferred industry prudently. This thesis attempts to build an index evaluation system of textile industry's depending environment. The system selected data of ten countries concerning Pakistan,Cambodia,Malaysia,Bangladesh,Mexico,Thailand,Turkey,India,Indonesia and Vietnam to do a comprehensive evaluation analysis. It divided each country's industrial undertaking environment into four parts, political environment, legal environment, economic environment and industrial development environment,to do evaluation analysis. Finally it will give a comprehensive ranking,so we can mark the best suitable country to undertake Chinese textile industry.By doing the analysis, the thesis hopes to sum up the transfer experience and give some suggestions for Chinese textile industries when choosing the host country in their internationalization process.
