Study On The Influence Of Equalization Of Basic Public Service On Labor Mobility

Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced a huge population movement from rural to urban areas and from the central and western parts to the east.Population movement has become a prominent feature of China's economic and social development in the field of population,and with the passage of time also has a corresponding characteristics of the times.At the end of 2015,the number of floating population in our country was 247 million.At the same time,the proportion of the new generation of floating population continues to increase.The floating population is the product of the market economy,which in turn affects the development of the economy.With the increase of the floating population,the corresponding problem is city crowded,and the floating population is not equal to enjoy the income of the public service,so to promote the equalization of basic public services construction has a corresponding background,on earth how the impact of public service equalization on the flow of labor,need to do further in-depth study.Based on this,this paper analyzes the individual characteristics of labor mobility at present stage by using the microdata of labor mobility in the 2010-2015 floating population survey,and selects the basic public service equalization level data of 18 target cities to carry on the basic quantitative analysis of the level of equalization of public services,the use of Todaro population flow behavior model for multiple linear regression analysis for study of different cities between the basic public service equalization level of labor mobility,the "floating population","floating population Expected income "," migrant education years " and " basic public service equalization " as a substitute index into the Todaro floating population model,analyzed the impact of various factors on the population flow,and the use of factor analysis the basic public service main factor and the micro-floating population of the basic public service on the impact of labor mobility in-depth exploration,empirical results show that the labor force to flow to a city,not only to get higher wages and more employment opportunities,but also in order to enjoy the basic public services such as medical,education and social security in the city,the influence of the basic public service on the labor flow is still stable after joining the flow distance and the household registration system.The migrant workers' behavior has been influenced by personal characteristics,distance and household registration system.The research of this paper makes up for the lack of research on the relationship between the equalization of basic public services and labor mobility through theoretical and empirical analysis,and reveals the influence factors and influencing factors of the equalization of basic public services on labor mobility,and hope that it can provide evidence for policy formulation.
