The Study On The Optimization Of Export Trade Structure In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

After the comprehensive outbreak of American subprime mortgage crisis has a huge impact on the development of the global economy,more or less our country's economy is affected by the financial crisis.After the financial crisis,the world economy face a lot of challenges and opportunities,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should seize the opportunity to improve region's economy.In a country or region's economic development,export as one of three big carriage of economy development,is the important pillar of steady and rapid economic development,the level of the export trade structure and level determines a country's or region's foreign trade dependency and the size of risk.Therefore,optimizing the structure of export trade is to assure the safety of regional foreign trade is an important part,but during the financial crisis only a full understanding of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's situation of the export trade structure to find the path of optimization of the structure,and it is worthy of further study.This article use the 2010-2015 export trade structure of data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to analysis,and then learn that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region structure of export trade situation and existing problems,then put forward suggestions on problem solving optimization of the structure of export trade.Specific research steps: first,this article study from four aspects: export trade commodity structure and export trade mode structure,the main structure export trade,export trade market structure and then use the method of descriptive statistics to analysis and explain of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region structure of export trade present situation,and use top ten provinces(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region)in total amount of export trade and the export trade structure to contrastive analysis,found that the export trade structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the proportion of low content of high-tech products,mechanical and electrical products uneven distribution?export market is too concentrated,etc.Then,using the SAS to analysis ten provinces(including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region)with entropy method to comprehensive evaluation,then draws the export trade structure value ranking.Finally,found that the value of Tianjin increased year by year,but the ranking is stable and in middle position;Little change in six years the Beijing municipal comprehensive evaluation,the integrated four years after the first drop keep in 6 of the lower level;Decline year by year,the integrated evaluation in Hebei province comprehensive ranking also gradually decreased and at a lower level.Many problems can be seen from the analysis of current situation and comprehensive evaluation of export trade structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,such as lower proportion of high-tech products;Export market is too concentrated;Export markets face greater risk areas and the imbalance of the development of export trade structure.Finally,to solve these problems,the research put forward some suggestions to optimizing export product structure: improve the trade competitiveness,implement the strategy of market diversification,build a balanced and reasonable pattern of the international market to reduce the trade risk,strengthen government support to promote balanced and rapid development of foreign trade of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,ensure the coordinated development of the export trade of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
