Research On The Development Of Private Pension Institutions

In 1999,our country has entered an aging society.With the increase in the absolute number and proportion of the elderly,aging speed continued to accelerate,the social security of the elderly has become an urgent problem in our society.Due to the weakening of family pension function,our country began to encourage other pension model,the private pension industry is one of our country's active support of the pension industry.In this paper,the T nursing home of Chengde as an example,through the field survey of the nursing home,based on the theory of social welfare privatization,researching the development process and analyzing the operation status of the T nursing home,the study found that in the management of the T nursing home: the regulations are more comprehensive,financial,security and facilities are supervised well and mainly use family management mode.On service,the dietary structure is scientific,accommodation environment accord with national standards,recreational activities are quite rich,but the preferential treatment in the nursing service should be further improved.The main problems existing in T private nursing homes are: low quality of nursing staff,lack of psychological counseling for the elderly,less attractive to professional nursing talents,the internal supervision system is not perfect,backward management,lack of funding problems,the external environment is poor.Based on operation status and existing problems of the T nursing home,I put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy development of private pension institutions.In terms of building good social environment,the government should implement the relevant policies,expand the financing channels for private pension institutions,strengthen management and supervision mechanism for the Private pension institutions,and guide people a correct understanding of the status and role of private pension institutions.In terms of ability construction of private pension institutions should improve the level of operation,promote service ability,encourage the elderly to participate in the management,and attract volunteers to provide services.
