Research On The Happiness Of The Elderly In Private Rural Pension Institutions In Zhangshu City

With the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the proportion of the elderly population in the total population is becoming larger and larger,the elderly care service has become a problem that the current society has to face.Jiangxi province,as a large agricultural province,has a large rural population,and more and more young people are going out for work.The number of rural left-behind elderly people is also increasing year by year.The rural pension problem is very prominent.The traditional family pension model is far from adapting to the pace of urbanization,and it is difficult to meet the urgent pension needs of the rural elderly.Faced with such serious pension form,the provincial party committee,provincial government assess the situation,on the basis of the national home-based and community-based elderly care service reform pilot in Xinyu,encourage all regions to learn from the experience of “party building and the home care experience” in Xinyu City,select places with better infrastructure,strong will of the masses,and active service,adjust measures to local conditions,more mutual development of rural support services and facilities,effective crack rural old-age service problems,improve the rural elderly people happiness of life.This paper takes the private rural pension institutions in Zhangshu City of Jiangxi Province as the research object.Through the field survey of private rural pension institutions in some towns of Zhangshu City,analyzing the development status of private rural pension institutions,and concludes that the private rural pension institutions has the following problems: imperfect policies and regulations,lack of stable operating funds,imperfect medical security system,lack of professional talents,and insufficient participation of social forces Problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems of zhangshu city private rural pension institutions.Through continuous improvement of policy support,increasing old-age support,strengthen financial budget and agricultural funds integration,strive for social fund support,strengthen the training of rural doctors and pension professionals,continue to improve rural medical care and elderly care services,increase publicity and mobilie social organizations,village elderly associations,volunteers,village sages,and children of the elderly to participate in rural mutual support for the elderly,and constantly improve the life happiness of the elderly in rural areas.
