Research On New York Urban Agglomeration's Economic Ties—Based On The Urban Flow Perspective

With the development of economic globalization and informatization,metropolitan circle plays a more and more important role in the regional economic development and competition.City circle is an open system,its development was based on the "flow" of the basic interaction among the cities,including human flow,capital flow,information flow,logistics,technology flow and so on,thus formed the city circle economic space.The New York metropolitan area as one of the five mature metropolitan circle,circle economy closely linked in the space,from the perspective of urban flow analyze its development course and the development mode is of great significance.This essay based on the urban flow theory and relevant methods,from the industrial layout,policy evolution,the urban positioning expounds the development course of New York City circle and analyzes the causes of the urban flow,and then select location entropy,efficiency of urban functions,urban extroverted function quantity index of New York City circle economic space connection has carried on the quantitative analysis.The results show that the efficiency of each urban functions in the New York metropolitan circle changes smoothly,and the gap is not big;the city's urban flow intensity value is higher,clear industrial division of labor in the city;Although New York's metropolitan city urban flow intensity difference is very big,but the absolute value is high.Urban flow intensity from high to low were New York,Boston,Philadelphia,Washington,Baltimore,all belongs to the high intensity of urban flow city.In terms of the structure of flow intensity from city to city,as the core city of New York,outgoing service function is weak,economic strength greater than the outgoing service function,the level of GDP and urban flow tendency degree is not harmonious,the opposite in other cities.Finally,through urban flow analysis to the city's leading industry selection as well as the significance of the development of the regional industrial policy,combined with the development of the New York metropolitan circle experience,specifically analyzes the problems existing in the development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei metropolis circle and draw the corresponding enlightenment and reference.
