In the increasingly developed technology exchange today,production management technology has become an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to reduce inventory,improve resource utilization,shorten the manufacturing cycle,so as to achieve low-cost,high-efficiency production.MRP? technology "push" mode of production has many advantages,but it can not meet the needs of the current business development in terms of rapid response capacity,on-time delivery capabilities,etc.,JIT technology "pull" mode of production happens to be able to meet the variety,small However,it lacks centralized information management.This paper analyzes the production planning model of a discrete textile manufacturing enterprise oriented to order production,puts forward a MRP? / JIT mixed production planning model aimed at reducing the inventory of raw materials and improving the delivery rate of orders,and focuses on the model of JIT procurement Inventory Control Model and Equilibrium Method for JIT Production.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows: The first chapter discusses the subject sources of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad and the research methods and research significance of this paper,and puts forward a train of thought of MRP / JIT hybrid production planning mode oriented to order production.The second chapter analyzes the basic knowledge,advantages and limitations of two MRP? and JIT production planning modes.The JIT production planning and JIT inventory control theory are mainly elaborated,which provide the theoretical foundation for the third chapter to build the MRP? / JIT hybrid production planning model,the fourth chapter inventory control of JIT procurement and the fifth chapter JIT production equalization.In the third chapter,taking a production planning model of a discrete manufacturing enterprise as the research object,this paper introduces the JIT theory into the original production planning mode through the analysis of the implementation effect,inventory and value flow of the production plan of the enterprise,and builds a MRP? / JIT hybrid Production planning model,emphasizing the difficulty of this model is JIT on material procurement and shop floor control.The fourth chapter introduces the ABC classification method of using raw materials in a certain enterprise,and establishes the purchasing system of JIT Kanban based on the JIT Kanban through the research to determine the purchase lot,order point and safety stock function,and uses the JIT Kanban material management method and the influencing factors of the model.The fifth chapter introduces the quantitative timing of the scheduling method,order delivery rate is low,put forward a method to determine the order of operation.This method takes the maximization of equipment utilization as the goal,and uses heuristic algorithm to sort.Finally,using Flex Sim to set up the entity and set the relevant parameters,respectively,the original production sequence and heuristic algorithm to simulate the order.By contrast,the effectiveness of this method is verified,so as to achieve the purpose of balancing the production of JIT.The sixth chapter summarizes the main work and innovation of the thesis research,as well as the future research direction and key prospects.
