The construction industry is an industry derived from the process of adapting to nature and transforming nature.After the founding of our country,the construction industry was considered as one of the five major material production departments.At this stage,it was also defined as one of the four pillar industries for revitalizing the national economy.In 1956,the Chinese government formally promulgated the "Decision of the State Council on Strengthening and Developing the Construction Industry",and proposed to gradually complete the goal of building industrialization in order to cope with the more arduous capital construction tasks in the future.This decision opened the road of industrialization in China.In the next few decades,with the rise and development of construction industry,its position has become increasingly prominent in China's economic development.During the staggering decade of macroeconomic development in the late nineties of the last century,the investment in the construction industry became a vital part of the total investment in fixed assets;the latter important measure "four trillion promotes several billion" set off a wave of national investment boom.Under the stimulus of the four trillion investments,by using the real estate industry to promote the relevant industries,the construction enterprises in the country ushered in the boom development period.In recent years,the deepening of the scientific development view has brought great development for our country's construction industry;industry transformation has become an inevitable trend.In this period of macroeconomic transformation,building products were becoming increasingly saturated and the real estate market remained sluggish,the construction industry was generally facing many issues,such as the market sluggish and capital shortage;competition among businesses was enormous.Enterprise development planning strategy directly affects the enterprises,determines their developments,which can be said as the most considerable part of enterprise management.Therefore,how to promote the transformation of enterprises through the implementation of strategic planning,how to pull through in the downturn,and how to plan innovation and development in the fierce market competition,are the focuses of this paper.Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management,this paper adopts observation method combined with PEST and SWOT analysis methods,takes the strategic management of Jilin Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.as the research object,conducts comprehensive analysis evaluation through the analysis of the macro environment,industry environment and internal resource status of Jilin Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd,including the company's brand resources,qualification resources,human resources,material resources,technical resources,financial resources and other aspects,and makes professional analysis by using SWOT strategy matrix,so as to explore how to adjust the business strategy in order to adapt to the market,how to come to the fore among the fierce competition,and how achieve a good sustainable business in the new normal of the economic transition.Combined with the problems happened in the company's current situation,development status and business process as well as the causes analysis,it analyzes many aspects,including enterprise culture construction,brand image management,human resources development,broadening business market,scientific and technological innovation and so on.On this basis,then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the company development,the potential opportunities for the future company development and the great challenges it faces.It chooses the enterprise's strategic planning,emphasizes the importance of the strategic management theory,puts the theory of strategic management as an important tool for leading enterprise development,formulates the strategic objectives and development models of Jilin Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.in the short and medium term,clarifies the focuses of the strategy implementation,and finally puts forward the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy.Thereby,it leads the enterprises to choose the suited development path scientifically,make it be based on the present and plan for the future.The paper through the deepening of qualification management and brand building to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure,expand the business market,build a corporate culture,and take active and effective follow-up safeguards,so as to ensure that enterprises can achieve lasting prosperity and development.
