Research On The Influence Of Productive Service Industry Agglomeration On Green Economy Efficiency

Nowadays,the global economy is developing rapidly,but the environmental problem is becoming more and more serious.The reason is that the economic development model is unreasonable,and the traditional economic development model of our country needs to be changed urgently.In 2017,the party's 19 th National Congress meeting put forward the concept of green development,proposed to achieve the coordinated development of economic benefits and ecological environment,at the same time to achieve environmental quality improvement and sustainable use of resources,speeding up the green transformation of the economy will become a necessary development mode under the background of the new normal.The transformation of green economy is essentially to improve the efficiency level of green economy.So the primary task of green development in China is to explore how to improve green economy Level of efficiency.There are many factors affecting the efficiency level of green economy,among which the structural level of industrial transformation and upgrading is the most important.The role of producer services in the national economy is becoming more and more critical,and producer services are conducive to the optimization of industrial structure and the efficiency of resource allocation due to the characteristics of strong factor mobility and high industrial correlation.So what kind of color can producer services agglomeration add to the green development of our country? And what is its effect on green economy efficiency? How to use this industrial agglomeration to promote the efficiency of green economy in China? these are the research focus of this paper.Therefore,this study is reasonable Both theory and practice are of great significance.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in 2008-2017,this paper uses location entropy,non-radial non-angle super-efficiency SBM-DEA model to measure producer service agglomeration level and green economy efficiency level,and analyzes the dynamic evolution trend of producer service agglomeration and green economy efficiency in 2008-2017,based on time and space perspective.to conduct empirical tests.In addition,according to the theoretical analysis and empirical conclusions of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency of green economy are put forward.The main research conclusions include :(1)there is obvious agglomeration phenomenon in producer service industry in China.There are significant regional differences and spatial heterogeneity in producer services agglomeration and green economy efficiency.The spatial distribution of the two regions in the eastern,central and western regions is V ",that is,the eastern region is the highest,the western region is the second,and the central region is the lowest;(2)the concentration of producer services has a significant impact on the efficiency of green economy,and there is an inverted U" nonlinear relationship,which is in the productive service In the early stage of business agglomeration,producer services agglomeration will promote the efficiency of green economy,but with the increase of producer services agglomeration,it will restrain the efficiency of green economy.(3)The level of human capital,openness and urbanization has contributed to the level of efficiency of the green economy to varying degrees,while the intensity of energy consumption may inhibit the efficiency of the green economy.The innovation of this paper: first,research methods,based on the dynamic perspective of dynamic research.The dynamic change trend of producer services agglomeration and green economy efficiency development is investigated from time and space dimension,and the relationship between producer services agglomeration and green economy efficiency is discussed in dynamic panel model.Secondly,from the perspective of producer services industry,the paper discusses the effect of producer services agglomeration on green economy efficiency,and then puts forward the mechanism of producer services agglomeration on green economy efficiency The promotion strategy of color economy efficiency enriches the research perspective of industrial agglomeration and green economy.
