Research On The Application Of Agile Project Management In S Company Software Development Projects

In previous century 90 generation,some software development industry leading characters had proposed some new of lightweight of software development method and framework,these method and framework can reply fast changes of needs,and it stressed people,and independent management,and learning,and face-to-face communication,and fast frequently of software delivered.These method is collectively called for "agile" method in 2001.After agile method is proposed,agile method is also proposed to used in project management,will this type of project management mode called "agile project management".Many foreign software develop and Internet enterprises,such as Google,Apple and other companies are already introducing agile methods,also there are many large Internet and software development companies in CHINA,beginning to import agile,such as Alibaba and Tencent,Baidu,agile project management is a new hot topic continues to try and improve.In this article,the author uses literature research method to state the research levels at home and abroad.Also used this method on the project as well as the interpretation to the concept of project management,the origins of agile,agile practices are described in detail.Used a comparative approach to traditional project management and agile project management to make sharp contrast.In this article,the author uses case research on S Company's importing agile.In this case the author interviews and questionnaire method describes the case of S Company'problems in traditional project management in software development projects,and then describes the process of introducing agile in S Company.Finally in the author's external investigation report on the key factors of successful implementation of agile project management with project management and S Company project management results and summarizes the key success factors of agile project management.The author hope that this article can provide a certain degree of reference and reference for Company those ready to import agile project management methods to solve of problem.
