Lean Production thoughts are pushing manufacture's improvement. Every enterprise has a vision to reduce the cost and improve the production continuously. While the vision being realized needs the head of enterprise and production really understand the importance of the lean production, and has the courage for pushing the lean production. Many times, the head of enterprise thinks need more input and long term cycle to solve the problem step by step, otherwise, all will be failed. To meet the requirement that solving the problems, optimizing the processes, the effective solution is the thoughts of Lean Production. The lean production thought push production improvement continually is needed. The process' s optimization is the key point of the thought. It's important for manufactory production management and improvement continually.This thesis referred to many production articles, and studying TOYOTA lean production model and lean thoughts, focusing on the ways and methods of the process improvement. Per studying the management fault/shortage/disadvantages of HGA process in TDK SAE, present HGA process optimize is in needed, and give many improvement suggestions. Using many optimize tools and methods in the optimize process, maximally simplifies the process and reduces the production waste, then improves the production efficiency, and reduces the L/T.In the process of production process and improvement implement, using many lean production thoughts, for example: How to identify the eight wastes in production, and the no-value transportation in HGA production, motion waste, information waste, WIP waste, resource management waste and so on. Another, giving analysis and solve the issue deeply, for example, using 5why, 5W1 H, and ECRS so on. Combination, cancels, simplify the unnecessary process, optimize H/C management, re-arrange the production line, and optimize the information flow. Studying the HGA process and giving the improve suggestion. At the same time,studying how to encourage all operators to join the improvement actions,and show the detail programs. It raises the productivity and reduces production cost greatly.
