Research On Quality Management Of T Company's Public Opinion Survey Project

The social conditions and public opinions survey industry has developed rapidly in China since the 1980 s.However,how to control the quality of research project effectively has always been a difficult problem.At present,most of the surveyed companies lack systematic management measures and methods in quality management.Both the market research industry and the client side hope that the quality of market research projects can be significantly improved.For government public research projects,the requirements for project quality are more urgent.Based on my own long-term work experience in market research companies and in-depth interviews with industry insiders and clients,the author obtained first-hand materials on the status of research industry and customer needs.Based on these materials,this paper analyzes the operation structure,business model,business process,investigation method and quality management mode of T company,for the company to undertake quality problems of public opinion research project are described and analyzes the causes of the quality problems in depth.In the research and analysis process,based on relevant theories and practices of project management,social situation and public opinion survey and market research.Through the introduction of project quality management concepts and tools to introduce the project management examples undertaken by the T company's government and public affairs department,a quality management plan that has certain reference significance for social conditions and public opinions research projects has been constructed.It also gives specific and feasible suggestions on how to ensure project quality.
