The 21 st century is an era of knowledge-driven economy,and it will witness the most severe talent competition.In the new era,talents are the most important key resources,and thus recruitment has become a significant way to absorb excellent talents of all sorts who are capable of servicing enterprises and further obtain competitive advantages for enterprises.Recruitment is becoming prominent in human resources management,and efficient and accurate recruitment practice will bring about incalculable influence on enterprises.The paper takes Zoomlion's recruitment management as the research object,and puts forward the improvement plan for its recruitment management through excessive literature reading and practical research.First,the paper analyzes the importance of recruitment and its internal and external environment,and elaborates the significance of enterprise's improvement of recruitment management.Second,on the basis of Zoomlion's recruitment status quo study,it finds that there exist a series of problems in the company's recruitment management,including insufficient understanding of recruitment requirements,unscientific way of personnel selection,underdeveloped recruitment channel,lack of personnel reserve system,and incomplete mechanism for recruitment feedback and evaluation.And then,after the analysis of human resources requirements at the current stage,the paper bases itself on the company's strategic layout,explicates systematically the content of improvement plan designed for problem-solving in recruitment management.It proceeds from several aspects such as recruitment plan improvement,application of scientific tools in personnel selection,recruitment channel expansion,and recruitment evaluation system establishment,in a bid to improve recruit management level,optimize recruitment quality,thus to get well-prepared for Zoomlion's transition strategy in terms of personnel supply and reserve.Finally,the paper guarantees and supports the achievements of recruitment management improvement by virtue of forming a recruitment management project team,improving flow scheme,strengthening corporate culture training,elevating the professionalism of the recruitment team,and revising recruitment-related management system.According to the research of Zoomlion's recruitment management improvement measure,the paper provides the overall improvement idea and implementation objective for the company's recruitment management.Part of the improvement measures is ongoing,which has been recognized by the company since it optimized its recruitment business process and enhanced the recruitment team's service capability.The paper provides reference for similar enterprises regarding recruitment management improvement.
