In the long-term operation of enterprises,human resources are indispensable strategic resources for enterprises.Talents play a decisive role in the development and competition of enterprises.To give full play to the advantages of talent competition,it is necessary to do a good job in the recruitment of talents in the early stage of human resources management.Recruitment is the foundation and premise of human resource management in enterprises,providing nutritional basis for the growth and development of enterprises.At the same time,we should strengthen the management of recruitment system.In recent years,China's sanitation market has shown a high-speed development trend.From 2015 to 2017,the number of contracted projects increased from 2796 to 7873,and the total amount of contracted projects increased from 49.8 billion yuan to 169.9 billion yuan.In 2018,more than 3,000 historical sanitation projects expired in China.Under the favorable market conditions,market personnel play an important role as pioneers of environmental sanitation projects.However,there are many problems in the industry,such as large talent gap,low matching degree between personnel and posts,and serious brain drain.How to solve the recruitment and selection of market personnel at the source is of great significance for the opening up of the sanitation market business.This paper takes“SD company market personnel recruitment program optimization”as an example to carry out research.SD Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QD Group,founded in 2014,relying on the parent company's brand efficiency,rapid expansion,has a certain representation in the industry.With the tide of the sanitation market in 2018,the SD sanitation market business is also growing,and the market personnel gap is large.Human resources department is also constantly recruiting,but the effect is not ideal.It is found that the current recruitment scheme for market personnel can not meet the development needs,so it is necessary to optimize the recruitment scheme.To solve this problem,based on the concept of recruitment,this paper analyses the current situation of recruitment and recruitment of marketing personnel in SD company,carries out a questionnaire survey on newly recruited marketing personnel and middle and senior managers of employing department in SD company in recent two years,and analyzes the problems and reasons of recruitment of marketing personnel in SD company through interviews with interviewers.Through precise analysis,it is found that SD company has the following problems in recruiting market personnel:lack of recruitment planning,strong arbitrariness of employment demand;single recruitment channel,inadequate use of new recruitment channels;low professional level of recruiters;serious problems in recruitment selection process and recruitment links;lack of effective recruitment evaluation means.In view of the problems existing in SD company,this paper puts forward the overall design idea of the scheme for the market personnel,identify the principles and requirements of recruiting market personnel,optimizes the internal and external recruitment channels,establishes an efficient recruitment team,optimizes the personnel selection process and standardizes the recruitment process,and improves the recruitment evaluation.And the implementation of security measures for the recruitment program,including company support guarantee,company training guarantee,human resources department business synergy and association guarantee,corporate culture construction.Through this study,the author analyzed the research results of recruitment by domestic and foreign scholars,combined with competency theory and post matching theory.And used questionnaire and interview to analyze and optimize the recruitment scheme of SD company's market personnel,which can help SD company solve recruitment problems,and provide reference value for the recruitment of market personnel in the same industry significance.
