Research On Measurement Capability And Evaluation Method Of Machine Vision Measurement System

Along with accelerated prosperity of market economy and society,artificial intelligence and industrial automation technology have influenced every aspect of our lives,and especially have attracted attention of many researchers in machine vision application.At present,the measurement equipments in industrial production are becoming more and more automated and intelligent.Machine vision becomes the first choice for many enterprises' automated measurement methods because of its unique opto-mechatronics integration and fast measuring with non-contact feature.The thesis studies the measurement capability and evaluation method of the measurement system based on machine vision.Through the literature research,this thesis puts forward the new research ideas of analyzing the measurement capability of the machine vision measurement system.The new research ideas select image pixels as the object of concern to do the machine vision measurement system analysis.After that,the measurement system is analyzed with results concerned by the end user.In this research,the thesis uses machine vision application of Company A as a research platform.Firstly,the structure of machine vision measurement system is presented.Then this thesis analyzes the factors that influence the measurement ability of machine visual measurement system,and puts forward some possible solutions.After that,on the basis of solving the above factors,the thesis puts forward the evaluation method of the measurement capability for measurement system based on machine vision.Finally,the research is validated by an actual project of Company A.At present,with the research results,Company A has initially formed the evaluation method of the measurement capability for the measurement system based on machine vision,and has got a good application effect by development of the actual projects.Therefore,the research has a certain reference for other automation enterprises in the application of measurement system based on machine vision.
