In the market economic fluctuation environment,the integration of the world economy gradually increased,Chinese fire protection industry problems exposed more and more obvious,the biggest bottleneck is the level of confusion of talent industry,the introduction of low success rate in talent recruitment,the effect is not ideal.In this paper,P fire engineering company as the research object,the purpose is to find the existing problems in the recruitment management,and is committed to making improvements on these problems,so as to enhance the quality and efficiency of recruitment,provide a reference for the recruitment of the construction and innovation of the management system,increase the core competitiveness of the company and eventually.The article uses the empirical research method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,and discusses the recruitment management of P company human resources management system.The main research contents include human resources data of P company based on the statistical analysis,found in the implementation of the recruitment process,recruitment of personnel establishment,personnel reserve mechanism and the establishment of employer brand construction is lack of standardization.In this regard,the recruitment management of well-known enterprises at home and abroad,and combined with the competency theory,put forward the following viewpoints:first,optimize the formulation principles and objectives of recruitment management based on competency;second,from the effective recruitment plan,scientific evaluation methods,optimize the recruitment team structure,the establishment of talent reserve system these four aspects are improved.In addition,it puts forward the quantitative treatment of recruitment,and carries out the multi direction evaluation,and expounds the implementation guarantee of the recruitment management optimization proposal from two angles of human resource strategy and employer brand building.The study found that P fire protection engineering company key competency theory is based on the optimization of recruitment management:recruitment goals,principles and strategy of the company consistent,reasonable and effective recruitment plan is the basis to carry out recruitment,evaluation of appropriate methods will make recruitment more effective,the establishment of high-quality team recruitment,assessment and the safeguard measures of the recruitment work is also essential.
