Human resources are the core resources of an enterprise.Enterprises in order to win the competition and gain a firm foothold cannot do without the strong support of human resources.Practice shows that the more talents the company has,the higher the quality of the talented people it has,the higher the value it can create,the more healthy and rapid growth of the company and the unrivaled position in the competition.The way companies access human resources is to carry out effective employee recruitment.Employee recruitment is the process through which enterprises obtain various kinds of human resources from inside and outside the organization to meet the internal requirements of the enterprise through various channels and various ways.As an important module of human resource management practice,employee recruitment is the forefront of other modules whose duty and goal is to find,identify and select talents that best suit the needs of the enterprise and have the potential to create high value for the enterprise.Therefore,in the process of employee recruitment,how to determine the job requirements of staff quality has become the key to success or failure of recruitment.Competency model has provided a scientific and reasonable method for enterprises to define the various qualifications of employees since the proposal,so it has been widely applied in human resource management practice such as establishment of employee quality model and recruitment of employees.This article takes Y Company as the research object,starts from the perspective of competency,and discusses the optimization strategy of its employee recruitment system,which mainly includes six parts:The first part is the introduction part.Mainly on the research background,research significance and research ideas to elaborate,lay the foundation for the follow-up study.The second part introduces the relevant theory of staff recruitment.Expounds the concept and significance of employee recruitment,introduces the basic process of employee recruitment and competency theory.The third part is the status quo description and problem analysis.This paper introduces the basic development of Y company,describes the current situation of employee recruitment,analyzes the main problems existing in the recruitment of employees,and analyzes the problems from external environment factors,enterprise internal factors and job seekers' own factors cause.The fourth part is the construction of competency model.Elaborated the overall mentality and the basic flow of building Y competency model,and took the marketing minister as an example to introduce the concrete steps of building the competency model.The fifth part is the application of competency model in employee recruitment system.From the aspects of doing a good job of recruiting basic work,improving the staff recruitment process,optimizing the recruitment implementation process and focusing on the recruitment evaluation,we put forward the specific strategies to optimize and upgrade the recruitment system of Y employees.The sixth part is conclusion and outlook.Summarize the research content,and point out the shortcomings and future research direction.
