Since China's reform and opening up,China's real estate development and construction industry rising prosperity and with its momentum of rapid development of the industry and rich from personnel of course of treatment to attract the general,including recent grads and social on-the-job personnel,choosing a career,built the qualifications of fierce competition.Real estate development and construction industry in China in recent years,however,presents a trend of "cold" gradually,as the government to control the rising real estate and construction industry and macro policy of overall control,real estate development and the development trend of construction industry in our country presents the whole back,generally jobs provided by the industry,a shrinking industry overall willingness from personnel of course of size,internal talent makes real estate development and construction industry competition environment is more severe.To company staff recruitment management system studies have further and deeper learning and understanding,this article takes henan local early real estate development company of XT company as the research object,first of all,the different domestic and foreign scholars about the connotation,the effectiveness of recruitment and competency research way of thinking,as well as the associated with this article core concept of human resources and integrate the related theory model,the main research content of this article,thinking,method and main characteristics;Secondly,based on macroscopic analysis of XT company internal and external environment,the analysis on the current internal and external environmental factors of XT company recruitment management work of the specific impact,through in-depth digging XT company in the recruitment management practice,the problems exposed by the use of the relevant theories of human resource management model of the ills and reasons of existence,thus draw the conclusion: the interview process is complex,cause growth period and post position is not clear and posts with personnel of choose and employ persons is the matching degree is not high between XT company staff recruitment management one of the biggest constraints;Finally,aiming at the problem of XT company staff recruitment management of the status quo has targeted the various corrective measures are proposed to the recruitment system of optimized design scheme,including setting scientific human resources strategic planning,to optimize the design of the group human resources recruitment process and set up recruitment management evaluation system and the establishment of the safeguard measures of human resource recruitment system,etc.,so as to realize the optimization and upgrading of XT company recruitment management system.In this paper,from a strategic height of small and medium-sized private enterprise recruitment system of real estate to build and optimize the path for the corresponding research,in the process of the specific studies the improvement of the traditional talent screening technology,using a combination of a variety of recruitment channels innovation,integrated use of cutting-edge technologies related to talent selection,consider the insufficiency in recruitment system to study the recruitment system,focuses on the existing potential staff recruitment management controls the details.Demonstrated in this paper,the related research achievements in the research thinking research height,Angle and depth of distinctive characteristics,to raise the XT company human resources management recruitment system optimization,to enhance the company recruitment system stability,pragmatic and predictable as well as the recruitment management of similar domestic enterprise provides the relevant reference and thinking,to improve the work efficiency of the company recruitment management and recruitment quality,optimization of the company staff recruitment management system and inspire human resources management level of ascension to improve the industry has important theoretical and realistic significance.
