China's Regional Economic-environmental Efficiency Research Based On Network DEA

Economic development and environmental protection are directly related to the survival and development of human society,an important issue,and the traditional economic development model of energy waste and environmental pollution has become China's sustainable development of two serious obstacles.Scientific development concept requires the development of economy at the same time,the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society linked to maintain a good social and natural environment in order to achieve the sustainable development of human society.Economic-environmental efficiency is an indicator of economic output and environmental protection.The study of economic and environmental efficiency can help us to understand the coordinated development level of our province and regional economy and environment,and it has theoretical reference value and practical significance for scientific and rational development and utilization of public resources,environmental pollution reduction and sustainable development of regional economy.The traditional method of efficiency evaluation using DEA is mainly for economic efficiency or environmental efficiency of a separate study,or to study the economic efficiency and environmental efficiency and then in the sum of the total.This kind of efficiency measurement model based on the first stage DEA does not take into account the actual mode of economic development because of the existence of the "black box"assumption,which will obscure the interaction between the economic production stage and the environmental management stage in the economic system,and the result will have some deviation of efficiency.Based on the above background,this paper constructs a reasonable economic system framework to describe the internal components and operating mechanism of the economic system.It divides the economic system into economic production subsystem and environmental management subsystem.Using the super-efficient network DEA model,through economic subsystems and environmental subsystems to comprehensively study the efficiency of economic systems,to rationally identify the reasons for low economic efficiency is the low efficiency of economic development or environmental governance behind.In this paper,the input and output data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2014 are taken as the research samples,and the efficiency evaluation is carried out by constructing the interactive super-efficient network DEA model.At the same time,the provincial area is divided into three groups:eastern,central and western regions.The regional differences of economic efficiency in China are studied.Based on the empirical analysis and the different characteristics of each region,put forward effective measures to improve economic efficiency considering the economic and environmental interaction...
