Study On Industrial Environmental Efficiency Assessment And Its Influence Factors

Continue to promote the process of industrialization,resulting in increasing consumption of resources,environmental pollution problems have cropped up,the contradiction between economic development and the environment is becoming increasingly acute.Environmental protection has become an urgent need for countries to assume the tasks and achieve coordinated development of economy and environmental protection has become a common pursuit of human values."The Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy has become a national focus on the implementation of measures,will bring a rare opportunity for development of the provinces along the Silk Road Economic Belt,is bound to promote the industrialization process in the region.In this process,research on industrial environmental efficiency conditions,to find out its key factors,and take appropriate measures to avoid the repeat of "pollution first,treatment later" mistakes,realize the coordinated development of industry and environmental protection is of great significance.Firstly,the relevant literature at home and abroad carried out and analyzed the angle and method of evaluation of environmental efficiency,and based on Environmental Kuznets theory,from the three dimensions of institutional,economic and technical analyzes the influence factors of environmental efficiency.Secondly,taking the industrial and environmental input output data of 2001-2014 as the research sample,using the Super-SBM model to evaluate the efficiency of the industrial environment.From a static point of view,Chongqing,Sichuan industrial environments efficiency levels Ranked living in the front position,and Guangxi,Xinjiang is at the end;from a dynamic point of view,after the financial crisis in 2008,industrial environmental efficiency levels of about more than half of the provinces have shown a gradual downward trend.Thirdly,through the establishment of a static panel data model and dynamic panel data model,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of industrial environment efficiency,results shows that: industrial environmental efficiency levels have significant inertia characteristics;degree of market,the level of economic development and industrial structure have a significant negative impact on the efficiency of the industrial environment efficiency levels,and level of opening up and technological progress have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of industrial environments efficiency levels.In order to ensure the reliability of the results,this paper also use the variables to test the robustness of the model,further verify the conclusions of the empirical analysis.Finally,summarize the full text content,explains the basic conclusions of this study,based on researchfindings,from improving the market mechanism,the establishment of the rule of law,improve the level of opening up,promote economic development and the establishment of energy industry base and other aspects to improve the level of industrial environmental efficiency of policy suggestion.
