Case Study Based On The Energy Saving Management Of DLKFQ Heating Company

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the problem of lack of energy has become increasingly prominent.China has put energy conservation and emission reduction work as an important measure to adjust the economic structure and accelerate the transformation of economic development.With the national urban heating comprehensive reform and the importance of environmental protection increasing,heating industry also faces a lot of pressure.Heating enterprises as a Seasonal energy consumption,the industry’s energy-saving technologies and energy-saving management base is relatively weak,want to adapt to the change of external environment,must attach importance to enterprise production cost control,completes the energy conservation and emissions reduction work.This study is a case study,which make the case of the DLKFQ Heating Company’s Energy management as the research object.First,the background and significance of the study are described;Secondly,through the heating company’s existing energy-saving management of the status quo,Summed up the problem of company’s current high energy costs and low energy efficiency.According to the theory of sustainable development,Energy-saving theory as the theoretical basis,using analytical methods of theoretical analysis and practical analysis combined,the causes of the problem of energy management to analyze and put forward counter measures,and then solve the existing problems.This study of DLKFQ heating company’s energy management issues,it is suggested that the following three aspects can be used to help the heating companies to establish a scientific and sound,efficient and feasible energy management model.First,starting from the energy conservation from the structure,adjust the heating company’s energy consumption structure;Second,from the perspective of Technical energy saving,the use of equipment updates,technological transformation to achieve energy conservation;Third,the management of energy conservation,adjust the company’s organizational structure,the establishment and improvement of the company energy management system.This study takes the idea of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,use of qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,literature analysis and other research methods.Characteristics of this study is mainly reflected in accordance with DLKFQ heating company’s energy management,through the establishment of appropriate energy management model,To achieve the heating company’s requirements for production cost control,energy conservation and sustainable development,enterprises to form their own energy-saving culture,to achieve economic and social benefits of double harvest.
