Study On Energy Efficiency Benchmarking For Heating-Supply Enterprise

In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the demand of central heating is also increasing.The capacity of heating enterprises continues to increase.Subsequently,the energy consumption of water,electricity and coal is increasing as well.On the other hand,Chinese energy situation is not optimistic.The environmental pollution caused by energy problem is gradually serious.As the key energy consuming enterprises,heating enterprises must carry out the energy saving and emission reduction.Energy efficiency benchmarking is a energy management method for the enterprise which is scientific and systematic and effective.Energy efficiency benchmarking activities is the methods and means to save fuel cost,reduce fuel consumption and save energy and reduce emission for heating enterprises which use coal as the main fuel.However,most of the current domestic heating enterprises still did not carry out energy efficiency activities,and it lacks of field investigation,data support and benchmarking index system which can guide the enterprises to carry out the benchmarking management.The research analyzes the current situation of energy consumption of enterprises by researching the heating enterprises through the enterprise scale,raw material and fuel condition,process,major energy-using equipment and other aspects of the enterprise.The purpose is to provide operational method of energy efficiency benchmarking management for heating enterprises,establish the index of energy efficiency benchmarking of heating enterprises,provide an operational implementation of energy efficiency benchmarking,give some improvement scheme such as technology level improvement,advanced equipment introduction and so on,and to promote heating enterprises efficiently use of energy and improve the efficiency of enterprises.Firstly,by combining the theory research of energy efficiency benchmarking management and the investigation of heating enterprises of Shanghai,the report systematically constructed heating enterprises energy efficiency benchmarking index system,determine the index and provide the operating energy efficiency benchmarking implementation scheme according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Secondly,the report has a in-depth study of the energy consumption of heating enterprises.It is found there are some problems about heating enterprises in the process of equipment operation through the comparison of the operation data of the enterprises.On this basis,the paper analyzes the reasons which cause these problems,and puts forward the improvement measures from two aspects of technology and management.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed measures verified that the improved measures are effective.The work of this paper will provide reference and theoretical basis for heating enterprises energy efficiency benchmarking activities.Other heating enterprises could raise the scheme according to this paper to establishappropriate energy efficiency benchmarking system,select energy efficiency benchmarking value,conduct energy efficiency benchmarking activities and improve efficiency of enterprise in the use of energy.
