This study attempts to choose JianOu City as a representative county-level city in Fujian Province,and choose some representative development zones in JianOu City to carry out the evaluation of land intensive utilization.In this study,by using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis and some on-the-spot investigations in combination with the professional arrangement,by referring to the analysis of domestic and international related theory and research methods and published research results and considering our actual work experience,we carried out a serials of surveys and analysis on some approach related to the overall land utilization and intensive land utilization,and the intensive use of land in the development zone was evaluated,aiming at improving the level of land intensive utilization and giving a deeper analysis.We believe that our research work will provide some valuable references and suggestions in improving the level of land intensive utilization in the future.Through the evaluation study,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Achievements in the evaluation of land intensive use in the development zone:(1)The evaluation system of land intensive use in Jianou development zone was determined;(2)The ideal value of evaluation index system was determined and the weight value was determined;(3)The score of land use intensity is calculated.The results show that the comprehensive score of land use intensity is 93.74%in Jianou development zone,and the land use level is high,In the land use situation,land use efficiency and management performance and so on reflects a strong idea of intensive land use.2.Achievements in the potential prediction of land intensive use in the development zone:(1)The method of calculating the expansion potential,structural potential,strength potential and management performance potential of land intensive use potential is analyzed in detail.(2)Calculate the expansion potential,structural potential,strength potential and management performance potential of the land in Jian’ou development zone. |
