| Land is a very precious and scarce resource and asset.In the context of the normal new economy,development zones are the key areas for the establishment of national and local urban planning.It is very important to promote economic growth,regional development and highlight the comprehensive benefits of development zones.Intensive use of land resources is a prerequisite for long-term,stable and sustainable management of development zones.Therefore,how to realize the efficient and economical use of land resources in development zones and the long-term and stable development of economy are important research topics of intensive use of urban construction land.In the paper,based on the background of the increasing construction between the rapid urbanization and supply and demand of land,taking the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area as the research object.This paper evaluates the intensive utilization degree of urban construction land in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and puts forward relevant suggestions.It is of great significance to promote the intensive utilization of urban construction land in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The date of land use and economic development in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area from 2013 to 2017 are collected and analyzed.On this basis,the current situation of urban construction land in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area is analyzed and summarized.Through the current data,the necessity of carrying out intensive utilization evaluation of urban construction land in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area is determined.2)Through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the intensive utilization degree of urban construction land in Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area is analyzed.The qualitative analysis is carried out from two aspects: the matching degree of population development and construction land change,and the matching degree of economic development and construction land change.The results show that as far as economic development is concerned,the construction land aggregation in Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area is concerned.The level of intensive use is in the trend of intensive use,and the level of population development.The level of intensive use of construction land in the Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area is in the extensive trend,which needs to be further improved.From the quantitative point of view,we can understand the current situation of intensive use of urban construction land in Industrial Development Zone of Liangjiang New Area through various data,and get the value of each quantitative index through quantitative calculation,which provides a basis for the follow-up comprehensive rating.3)Constructs the evaluation index system of construction land intensive use in Chongqing Liangjiang New Industrial Development Zone,completes the determination of relevant index weight.The dynamic changes of construction land intensive use level in Chongqing Liangjiang New Industrial Development Zone from 2013 to 2017 are evaluated and analyzed by using the fuzzy matter-element model.The results show that the intensive use level of construction land in Liangjiang New Industrial Development Zone during 2013 to 2016,it has been in a "mild intensive" situation.In 2017,the level of intensive use of construction land has been raised to a "highly intensive".From the factor level analysis of the evaluation index system of urban construction land intensive use in Liangjiang New Industrial Development Zone in 2017,the evaluation grade of factor input quality is "non-intensive",the evaluation grade of land structure,industrial growth efficiency,social and ecological benefits is "mild intensive",and the evaluation grade of land use degree,economic benefits and sustainable development ability is "moderately intensive".The grade of land use intensity and land management performance evaluation is "highly intensive".4)In order to improve the level of intensive use of construction land in industrial development zones of Liangjiang New Area,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: strengthening macro-control,implementing intensive use of land;carrying out green actions to promote sustainable economic development;speeding up land development and improving the degree of land use in development zones. |
