| Since the establishment of YY Company,the company has attached great importance to the training of employees.However,due to the imperfect training system,the training effect and work quality of the company has been insufficient.Therefore,the improvement and optimization the employee training system will be an inevitable challenge for YY in the subsequent development.Based on Motivation Theory and Learning Organization Theory,the paper expounds the current status of employee training system in YY Company through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey,and analyzes and discusses the existing problems at the organizational level,institutional level,curriculum level,resource level and management level.Furthermore,five basic directions of the overall optimization plan for the employee training system of YY Company are proposed,namely optimization should be conducted from the perspectives of organization,system,course,resources and management,so as to obtain the final optimization plan.In addition,aiming to effectively implement the optimized plan,corresponding safeguard measures are also provided in this paper.The research results will play a positive role in promoting the employee training effectiveness of YY Company,building of learning organization,and the subsequent development of the company.At the same time,it will also provide certain reference for other enterprises in the industry. |
