| Since the reform and open policy,China’s manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements,China’s manufacturing industry accounted for the proportion of GDP up to 40%,and for the labor force in our country has made tremendous contributions.But at the same time,the manufacturing industry itself in the development process also encountered a number of bottlenecks,on the one hand,the domestic environmental pollution,rising labor costs,on the other hand,exports to Europe and the United States,weak implementation of re industrialization.Under the dual pressures both at home and abroad,China’s manufacturing industry urgently needs to find a new path of development.Production service industry has been considered in the development of manufacturing industry in the "lubricant",explore the fusion manufacturing and the service industry in the new era of development is conducive to the manufacturing industry out of the woods,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In the aspect of qualitative analysis,this paper reviews the related theory of industrial integration,on the basis of this,the producer services and manufacturing integration and development of literature were reviewed to clarify the results of previous studies,through the division of labor theory,value chain theory and innovation theory to explain the industrial integration promotion theory the mechanism of the efficiency of the manufacturing sector.Specifically,mainly from the industrial fusion to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing sector to the path analysis,this paper proposes three paths: professional integration,scale fusion and integration,the value chain decomposition and reconstruction mode,on the one hand,the productive service industry and manufacturing industry in the integration process through their own professional the advantages and scale advantages to improve manufacturing efficiency of resource allocation and operation efficiency,on the other hand,the fusion of producer services and manufacturing industry through multiple,multi point,to provide integrated solutions for consumer products,which ultimately bring manufacturing efficiency.In the aspect of quantitative analysis,this paper use the WIOD database to measure degree of integration of various industries in China’s industry,found that inter industry integration has certain differences,but with the passage of time,changes a little,the further integration of various industries,through the analysis and comparison of the United States and Germany’s industrial integration degree and found that there is still much room for growth in China’s industrial integration.In the empirical analysis,first of all is to use the DEA method to calculate the TFP,in order to represent the manufacturing efficiency,and then,through the GMM dynamic panel model on the relationship between degree of integration and efficiency do empirical regression analysis,that the fusion efficiency of the manufacturing industry has great promoting effect.In order to verify the difference of the industry,this paper makes the same regression analysis to the low tech manufacturing industry and the high-tech manufacturing industry.The conclusion is also significant positive correlation,which proves the theoretical analysis of this paper.In the empirical process,in order to prevent the omission of other variables affect the efficiency of the manufacturing sector,with reference to previous research,this paper selects the scale of investment in research and development of science and technology of foreign direct investment,and state-owned enterprises of the three control variables.By regression analysis,only the impact of science and technology R & D investment is relatively small,while the other two variables also have significant positive correlation.The paper puts forward some policy recommendations based on the main conclusions and the development of the situation.Mainly to speed up the construction of manufacturing and production services to the integration of the development of the policy environment,to encourage manufacturing and producer services in the integration and development of the transformation and upgrading. |
