With the development and progress of the society,people's living standards have been gradually improved,meanwhile,cosmetics have become an integral part of daily life.However,with the rise of the Internet and vigorous development,the medium of trade companies have to develop a new round of competition,to develop network marketing,namely in the network marketing is in full swing,in recent years with the popularity of intelligent mobile end device,O2O(online to offline)development is becoming more and more popular.Many domestic and external cosmetics companies,are trying to combined with the experience of offline via the Internet to outline precision users,not only try to catch,maintenance and retain users via offline,but also try their best to seize the customer via online.This paper will take A cosmetics company as an example,through its O2 O marketing strategy research,analyzed the existing problems,and focus on using the external macro environment PEST analysis model to identify A cosmetics company external operating environment.Follow by Porter Five strength analysis model,dimensional analysis for all aspects of A company.Based on the characteristics of the traditional marketing and market positioning of A company,for its core problem O2 O marketing how to drainage system analysis,and finally established a perfect and effective for O2 O marketing strategy of company A,and optimized in the process of actual combat.The practice of company's O2 O marketing strategy provides practical reference for the practice of O2 O in the industry,and also examines the universality of marketing strategy theory.
