As a key way to improve the national independent innovation capability,collaborative innovation has become an important strategy for China's innovation-driven development.As the main form of collaborative innovation and an important carrier,the importance of collaborative innovation projects is obvious.The pursuit of interest is the main driving force of collaborative innovation,the benefit distribution scheme determines the contribution degree of the innovation subjects,and thus impacts the overall innovation achievement.However,the success rate of collaborative projects and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements are generally low in China now,the main reason for this is the unbalanced distribution of benefits,which ignores the multi-stage and dynamic characteristics of the benefits distribution in collaborative innovation projects.In order to improve the success rate of collaborative innovation projects,solving the multi-stage and dynamic problems of the benefits distribution among the innovators is key to prjects,it is very important to solve the problem of the benefits distribution among the collaborative innovation partners.The research object of this paper is "multi-stage dynamic benefit distribution of collaborative innovation project".Firstly,the relevant theories and research bases of collaborative innovation are expounded,and the definition of collaborative innovation project and multi-stage dynamic benefit distribution is given.Secondly,taking account of the multi-stage and dynamic characteristics of the benefits distribution in collaborative innovation projects,based on the improved Shapely value method,Nash negotiation model and improved cloud model,we construct the multi-stage dynamic benefit allocation model of collaborative innovation projects.This model can solve the problem of unbalanced benefits distribution in collaborative innovation projects.In this paper,in the project development and small test stage,on the basis of the innovation subjects' input and the risk coefficient the Shapely value method is improved,which makes the distribution coefficient more reasonable.In the pilot stage,taking into account the satisfaction of the innovation subject,Nash negotiation model is used to adjust the benefits distribution;in the industrialization stage,based on the contribution evaluation index system of collaborative innovation subjects,the cloud model is improved,aiming at the qualitative index and the quantitative index in the evaluation index system,which solves the problem of ambiguity and randomness of qualitative index evaluation information and maximally retains the evaluation information of the index,then,we adjust the benefit distribution coefficient according to the comprehensive evaluation value of the innovation subjects' contribution.Finally,the author analyzes the change reason of the distribution coefficient and proposes for the government,collaborative innovation project main participants and secondary participants on the collaborative innovation project benefits distribution.In this paper,a multi-stage dynamic benefit distribution model of collaborative innovation project is built,the change of the external environment in different stages of the project can be considered effectively in this model,which can effectively solve the problem of project failure caused by the innovation subjects'dissatisfaction and make the benefit of collaborative innovation project distribution achieve long-term equilibrium.This paper not only enriches the relevant research on the benefits distribution of collaborative innovation projects,but also provides reference for the formulation of benefit distribution scheme of collaborative innovation projects.At the same time,it provides management suggestions for collaborative innovation projects in the benefits distribution of collaborative innovation projects.
