The Research Of Large Public Housing Estates Development Based On Housing Career

This study focused on development of large housing estates,consisting of basic research and empirical research.The basic research was on the development process and case study of large public housing estates at home and abroad,concluding valuable experience of large public housing estates.The empirical research was based on study of Nanjing Dingjiazhuang large public housing estates on characteristics of large public housing estates development and housing career.Moreover,the relationships among housing careers and the residents characteristics,housing characteristics,estates space evaluation and community relations were discussed in the paper.Finally,the concludion and strategies were drawn on combination of advantages and problems of Nanjing Dingjiazhuang large public housing estates,in fields of public housing policy,planning and maintenance.
