Path Of Human Development Under The New Normal Economy

The new normal has become a hot topic in people's daily life.People have a lot of interpretation for the new normal meaning and features.The term “new normal” is an irreversible development,we have to correctly understand and grasp the economic new normal.China's new normal economy is different from the past high-speed growth,unbalanced,uncoordinated,unsustainable and extensive growth pattern of the old normal.The new normal is essentially into high efficiency,low cost,sustainable rapid growth stage.This is a profound reflection of the traditional economic development.These remarkable feature of the new normal is highly integrated human development with economic development.Its ultimate aim and value orientation is the development of people.Human development is not only the evaluation of economic development standards,but also to promote economic development as the internal driving force.But the old normal,which regards GDP growth as the only target,has seriously hindered development.Based on the main problems of human development,the new normal has new requirements for human development.In my paper,trying to find the path that is suitable for human development of the new normal economy.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the background and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the domestic scholars' research results on the new normal economy in China,and puts forward the possible innovation of the paper.The second part elaborates the connotation,the basic characteristics and the related theories of the new normal in China,especially analyzes the new requirements of the new normal economy for human development.The third part elaborates the plight of the human development of the old normal economy,analyzes the reasons and manifestations of the predicament of human development,according to the characteristics of old normal,and tries to discuss its causes.The fourth part is the key part of the paper.The development of ideas,spiritual life,lifestyle and innovation in four areas of economic development under the new normal for a new path of human development.
