With the continuous improvement of Internet technology and platform,e-commerce came into being and rapid development,in recent years has occupied an important position in the economic field can not shake.The rise of e-commerce directly led to the traditional retail enterprises gradually have the advantage of the network of electricity business enterprises to break down or even out of the market.Traditional retail enterprises in order to maintain the survival and development of enterprises,had to take the initiative to choose to adapt to the new economic form,have to explore the commercialization of the transformation and development of the road.However,due to experience,technology,talent,resources and a series of factors,most of the traditional retail business of commercial transformation of the road is not smooth,often put a lot of money but has little effect.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the road of commercialization of traditional retail enterprises,to sum up experience and analyze the problems,and to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the commercialization of traditional retail enterprises.This paper focuses on the commercialization of traditional retail enterprises,and takes Y Company as the research object.Through the analysis of the related theories of e-commerce and commercialization,we find the theoretical basis and common tools to study the problems.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Y Company's commercialization and transformation through the use of SWOT analysis,and discusses the favorable conditions and challenges of Y Company to promote the development of e-commerce.The Then this paper analyzes the path choice of Y company in the process of commercialization,and then finds out the lack of profit support,the poor experience of online and offline experience,the weak ability of large data analysis,homogeneous competition and resource delivery Unequal need to crack the difficulties.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the commercialization of Y Company.It is suggested that Y company should set up the commercialization system of electric commercial products from the formulation of the commercialization plan of the company,and strive for the promotion of the government at the government level.Thecompany supporting the system of commercialization,innovation companies under the mode of operation of the business mechanism to promote Y company e-commerce development on the steps.This article choose Y company such a county enterprise,more representative.It is hoped that through the research on the commercialization of Y company,it can provide theoretical and practical guidance for the similar business transformation.
