The fierce competition of globalization urges the organization to change,and the problem of unemployment becomes more and more serious.Globalization has brought a certain impact on many industries at home and abroad.In order to survive,the enterprises have to take the merger or lay off to improve the comprehensive competitiveness.Those enterprises laid-off workers lost their jobs and work do not have a sense of security,at the same time,those who have not dismissed employees for frequent personnel changes and loss of personnel and uneasy,so that employees exhibit more negative emotions,the subjective well-being of employees perception of decline.In addition,negative emotions can lead to violence,robbery and other social problems.Psychological detachment refers to the individual to work away from the feeling of the environment,the high level of psychological perception can be enhanced from the psychological resource recovery,to balance work and family,can reduce insecurity,enhance subjective well-being.Therefore,through the study of job insecurity on subjective well-being and mental disengagement in regulation between them,may be out of job insecurity on subjective well-being and psychological mechanism of the effect of detachment regulation,help managers to make strategies to deal with job insecurity problems.Lay the foundation for better management to solve this kind of problem.This paper briefly introduces the research background and problems,and on the basis of reviewing the research achievements and management methods at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of this study,research content and methods.Then,it analyzed the concept,structure and current situation of job insecurity,subjective well being and mental detachment,and constructed the theoretical model,and put forward the research hypothesis.In addition,this paper designs a questionnaire,through the "paper + electronic" payments for employees in Xi an area for investigation,after the questionnaire analysis and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other empirical.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding conclusions and recommendations,innovative,research limitations and prospect,suggested that divided into two aspects,organizations and individuals.Organization:flexible job design,reasonable performance management;Regularly held a variety of amateur team activities,and actively organize the implementation of employee assistanceplan;A sound system of the work handover.Individual aspects: an active part in extracurricular activities;Establish proper barrier between work and non-work areas;Employees to manage time,efficient work.Through the implementation of the organization and individual two aspects countermeasures in order to improve the employee for \ "psychological from\" perception,experience to enhance their psychological recovery,reduce the job insecurity,improve the subjective well-being.The main conclusion of this paper is that the job insecurity can negatively affect the subjective well-being.Specifically,quantitative job insecurity and quality of job insecurity can negatively affect subjective well-being.In addition,through the study of the psychological adjustment variables from the psychological detachment can regulate significantly insecure relationship between subjective well-being and that the higher degree of psychological disengagement,job insecurity and lower impact on subjective well-being.Hope that through the study of this paper,to improve the management of human resources management system to provide some useful exploration and help.
