the rapid growth in numbers,the contribution of China's high-tech exports has significantly increased.Its share in exports has risen from 17% in 2001 to 29% in 2016,and the technical complexity of exports has risen to promote China's export trade and even sustainable An important driving force for development.Another reality that goes hand-in-hand with the rapid development of industrialization is the vigorous development of China's urbanization.It is the center of gravity for the transformation of the mode of economic development in China.The urbanization rate based on the resident population has risen from 7.3% to 57.4% in 2016.In view of the fact that both the technical complexity of exportation and urbanization are well developed due to the promotion of industrialization and meanwhile both are the focal points for transforming the current economic development mode in China,exploring the mechanism of their interaction under the current reality can promote the urbanization Provide appropriate policy and tactics for the formation of a benign interaction with the technical complexity of export and promote the harmonious development of economy.Based on the review of existing literatures,this paper constructs the mathematical model of urbanization that affects the technical complexity of exports and measures the technical complexity of two types of factor-intensive export in 31 provinces and cities in China from 2002 to 2015,The results show that the technical complexity of capital-intensive manufacturing exports in all provinces and municipalities in China keeps steady growth,and the cities with high technical complexity of exports have been located in the eastern coastal areas with the advantages of natural geography and coastal areas However,the faster-growing cities are distributed in the central and western regions.However,the technical complexity of labor-intensive export in various provinces and cities in China is lower in overall numerical value than that of capital-intensive export.This is related to the characteristics of the industry and the national average Showing a downward trend.This shows that most regions are seizing the backward labor-intensive industries during the transitional period,but they have carefully observed the changes in different provinces and municipalities.Based on the comprehensive evaluation system,the urbanization level of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2002 to 2014 was estimated.The effect of urbanization on the technical complexity of manufacturing exports was studied by 2SLS regression method.The results show that urbanization has different impact on the technical complexity of export of different factor-intensive manufacturing industries.For capital-intensive manufacturing industries,the relationship between urbanization and the technical complexity of export is inverted U curve,that is,In the early stage of construction,the technical complexity of capital-intensive export will be upgraded with the upgrading of urbanization level.However,after crossing the zero-crossing point,the technical complexity of exports will decrease as the urbanization
