Compared to the female migrant workers in city residents, they are called "country girl". To male migrant workers, they are in the weak position of sex discrimination. Females have made great contribution for city's development. But their status is still low. They have promoted the city's development. However, it is difficult to share the achievements of city's development. Their income is not steady growth over the years and they can't enjoy the city welfare and fate. They made up the city's labor resource gap, in fact, they has already become a new industry just like an army in the city. Unfortunately, they were rejected in the census register system; they increase their income, But there were still unable to go out of the low income ranks. In this process, it linked the city and countryside more closely, but they don't belong to the city people actually. They live in between the city and the countryside just like a hamburger. From the past time, the female migrant workers can not really go into the city, because they aren't accepted by the city fundamentally. So they must face more new difficulties as a hamburger. They were among city residents with clear boundaries; they are only workers in city's construction, rather than the formal residents who can enjoy themselves in this city. In recent years, the government and social people pay a lot attention to the problem about the female migrant worker, and decide to help them with their living conditions according to the relevant policies. However, these policies can only resolve the pressing danger. It can not solve their situation of their long-term stay.As we all know, Xi'an develops in a faster speed than other western cities in china, especially the development of industry, tourism and other service. Xi'an also has a strong economic capacity, so it absorbs a lot of women migrant workers from Shaanxi or other province. From this, this paper will take female migrant workers as the research object, by reference to the existing related research results, using the method of questionnaire investigation; we'll have an empirical study on female migrant workers in Xi'an.Xi'an city female migrant workers in the age, education level, output from the output reason, marital status and other basic features are described, summed up the Xi'an city female migrant workers group characteristics:Xi'an city female migrant workers education overall is not high, the low level of occupation skill; with mainly young adults; mostly from the Shaanxi province; employment service industry; most of married with children.Based on the characteristics of Xi'an city female migrant workers group investigation, from economic integration, adaptive behavior, cultural acceptance, identity four dimensions analysis of Xi'an city female migrant workers into the current situation, through a series of econometric analysis, to determine the effect of female migrant workers' integration into city factors, its general influence factors, institutional factors, individual factors cultural factors, social support network factors. Special influence factors for marital status of female migrant workers' integration into city; traditional gender concept of female migrant workers'integration into city; inequality of opportunity for women migrant workers' integration into city effect.Finally to improve female migrant workers' integration into city process put forward the related proposal. The promotion of female migrant workers' integration into city general countermeasure:build the fairness and justice of the city into the system; foster an open and inclusive city cultural environment; female migrant workers actively improve their quality, improving of city identity. Special measures:social gender consciousness into the decision making, strengthen women migrant workers of special protection; play women's federations, communities, promote female migrant workers' integration into city; female migrant workers change ideas and ways of thinking, career and family harmony.
