Economic Evaluation On Comprehensive Utilization Of Deyuan Straw Project

In recent years,the burning of straw has become one of the main causes of China's haze.Burning straw will not only cause a fire,even life-threatening,either in the South or North,straw have certain limitations,because only.a small amount of straw in the Tanaka decay,or will cause a large number of surplus straw.Comprehensive utilization of straw resources,in accordance with building economical society in China target.Although there are a lot about comprehensive utilization project of of all kinds of straw,but most of all because of the market analysis is not sufficient,or research method is not scientific,so the conclusion is often deviation.This paper focuses on the comprehensive utilization of straw as a research object of Deyuan project economic evaluation,firstly analyzes the comprehensive utilization of straw in the market situation of supply and demand.Then the project management costs,profits and cash flow estimates,with the financial internal rate of return,financial net present value and investment recovery period index as the focus of concern,then the financial benefit evaluation,risk assessment of risks and uncertainties using analytic hierarchy process to the project may encounter.Based on the financial benefit evaluation,uncertainty assessment and evaluation of social benefits,social risk evaluation,to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the project economic evaluation,comprehensive evaluation model of construction project.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and concludes that the evaluation results,proves the feasibility and proposed investment strategy.
