An Analysis Of The Impact Of Cost Of The Migrant On The Development Of Urbanization

With the deepening of opening to the outside world and the development of economy and society,China's urbanization is moving forward quickly,but based on the basic national conditions of China's special development with developed countries in the world,China's urbanization is still at a low level,especially in the household population urbanization level measure,what the typical is the migrant workers population urbanization in the process of our Country lags behind,because of the household registration restrictions migrant workers in the city do not enjoy the urban public infrastructure services and social security,migrant workers and their families in the city take a high cost of living.From the long term,the high cost of citizenization of migrant workers will lead to lower stability of migrant workers in urban areas,and seriously affect the population and urbanization of the entire economic and social development.How to reduce the living costs of migrant workers and their families'and promote the development of population urbanization is particularly important.This paper starts from the characteristics and problems of the development of China's urbanization,analyzes the situation of the development of China's urbanization,the public cost of migrant workers,and the migrant workers cost and urbanization related affection in detail,investigate the relationship may exist between the two-side;Secondly,this paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between the process by constructing the theory model of cost and the development of urbanization of migrant workers' citizenization.The influence of people of migrant workers on the cost of urbanization development can be find from three aspects,the city population and the accumulation of human capital,the structure of urban space distribution.Furthermore,basing on the 2004?2013 panel data of Chinese 31 provinces and autonomous regions,the author takes the individuals,enterprises and government to share the cost of construction,and treat it as the explanatory variables of citizenization of migrant workers cost index,then changing the rate of non-agricultural population representing the urbanization development process,meanwhile,treat it as explanatory variables.With the help of Matlab software,the author go through the establishment of spatial econometrics lag model,error model and Durbin model to analyze influence of the cost of migrant workers'citizenization process of development of towns.The empirical results show that:the development of people of migrant workers of the cost has a significant impact on urbanization,this reflects on the individuals,enterprises and the government;migrant workers affect the flow of personal cost the strength of the population of migrant workers directly,while the enterprises and government cost are mainly affect the development of urbanization through the influence of individual behavior and the personal cost of migrant workers indirectly with positive and negative double effect,but the cost of migrant workers on the development of urbanization is hindered.Finally,through the analysis of empirical results and the practical significance of reference for people of migrant workers cost of urbanization development factors,this paper gives feasible suggestions to reduce the public costs of migrant workers and to optimize the cost sharing mechanism.
