The Study On The Citizenization Of Peasant-Workers In Fuyang City During The Process Of Urbanization

The dual economic system of our country has spawned a special group of peasant workers which they have neither the status of urban residents nor have long been separated from the land and have lost their professional farming skills.They dissociating between in the city and the countryside.Migrant workers have played a huge role in the construction of the city and the development of China's industrialization.However,due to the constraints of the system and their own conditions,they cannot enjoy the same employment,housing,social welfare and security as well as equal children's right to education as urban residents,which seriously hinder the process of urbanization in China.Fuyang is a city which are national large-scale agricultural production base and an output base for migrant workers.Every year,nearly two million migrant workers go out to work to subsidize agricultural production income.However,because of the lack of endogenous power in the city and the long-term economic backwardness,the urbanization process in Fuyang is slow.Therefore,in the transitional period of China's economic structural reform,the city Fuyang should seize the opportunity to combine the “Two-wheel drive” strategy to accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure,attract local migrant workers to go back and migrant workers to take roots in order to speed up the migrant workers' citizenization and the speed of urbanization.On the basis of sorting out the literature relevant on urbanization,this article explains the related concepts of citizenization of migrant workers and expounds the theoretical basis of the research.In terms of specific research methods,the article takes Fuyang City of Anhui Province as an example,and adopts a questionnaire survey,interview and empirical analysis.Through the cross-analysis of the survey data and the chi-square test,the factors that influence the will of urbanization of rural migrant workers in Fuyang include age,level of education,income,daily expenses,marital status,number of people aged over 60 at home,number of foreign workers at home,education of children,availability of land,participation in social insurance,place of employment,household registration system,type of migration of cities.An objective analysis of these factors was conducted to appropriately address the problems existing in the urbanization of rural migrant workers and promote the urbanization process in Fuyang.In this survey,the writer us the statistical software SPSS24.0 to complete the data entry,statistics and analysis.By analyzing the subjective factors influencing the willingness of migrant workers in Fuyang city.By combining the objective factors of urbanization of peasant workers in Fuyang.Urbanization and the development of urbanization of migrant workers provide constructive suggestions.
