Create a supply of industrialization, urbanization mainly to create demand, the future economic development of Chinese endogenous motivation and vitality will mainly come from the urbanization. In the process of China’s urbanization development, is accompanied by the transfer of a large labor force. China’s urbanization, the core problem is how to transfer the rural population. At present, although migrant workers into the city, but still free in the city system, realize citizenization of migrant workers, is to enhance the core task of China’s urbanization quality for a long period. In this paper, especially the new generation of migrant workers migrant workers as the research object, the urbanization problems exposed in the process as the breakthrough point, in order to promote the citizenization of migrant workers for the ultimate goal, analyzes the practical significance and the problem of bottleneck and people oriented, combining the household registration policy, land policy, tax policy, social management innovation, the paper puts forward the reform proposals security system. The whole thesis consists of three chapters, the introduction part shows the background and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research results and this article research technique and innovation; the first chapter is a clear definition of urbanization, migrant workers and migrant workers concept;The second chapter expounds the current situation and development of the plight of migrant workers citizenization; the third chapter puts forward policy suggestions to realize the urban healthy development for the promotion of migrant workers public.
