Research On The Evaluation Of Green Economy Development In China

In recent years,in order to break through the extensive pattern of economic development,crack the constraints of resources,transform the mode of economic development and cultivate new economic growth points,the United Nations put forward the Green New Deal initiative in December 2008,which rapidly received a positive response from various countries around the world.The development of green economy has become the trend of the global development and the level of green economic development has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or a region.China actively adapt to the trend of global green development.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China viewed "green development" as one of the five new development concepts during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.This paper actively explored the relevant contents of green economic and its evaluation.First of all,drawing lessons from research results home and abroad,defining the connotation of green economy and analyzing basic characteristics and influence factors,this paper analyzed the necessity to develop green economy in China and discussed the present situation of green economy development.Secondly,establishing the evaluation index system to empirically analyze the green economy development in China,which selected the improved entropy method after adding time variables the evaluation method.The evaluation results are as follows:the level of green economy development in four regions of China gradually increased from 2011 to 2014 and the level of green economic development among the four regions was significantly different,where the eastern region was best,the northeastern region was in the middle reaches,the western region was after medium and the central region was the worst.At the same time,there existed differences of the level of green economy development in different provinces of every region.In the eastern region,excepting for the Hebei Province ranking after the 18ththroughout the country,the rankings of green economic development in the rest of the provinces were located in the top 10 in 2014.In the six central provinces,excepting for the Shanxi Province ranking 9th and the Hubei province ranking 15th,the rest of the provinces were ranked after lltharound the country.In the western region,no province entered the top 10.The rankings of the three northeastern provinces were in the upstream level from 11th to 20th.Eventually,based on the evaluation results,some suggestions were put forward to enhance the green economy development in China.
