Study On Influencing Factors Of Green Economy Development In China

In response to the global climate change and under the background of the recession,"green economy" as a kind of "the pursuit of economic growth and development,at the same time to prevent environmental degradation,loss of biodiversity and sustainable use of natural resources" mode of growth,because of its balanced consideration the relationship between the "growth" and "environment",has become a new choice for many countries.Based on the relevant research and theory of domestic and foreign scholars on green economic development,and further combining with the current situation of green economic development in China,this paper selects the relevant data of 30 provinces except Tibet and municipalities in China from 2005 to 2016,and proceeds from multi-dimensional aspects of time and space,using fixed-effect model to quantitatively study the influencing factors of green economic development in different regions and different periods.The results show that the effect and degree of each influencing factor and the level of green economic development show significant temporal and regional differences.Firstly,in terms of regional differences in the level of green economic development,the eastern region's green economic development is positively affected by the level of economic development,urbanization,technological innovation and environmental regulation.The central region's green economic development is positively affected by the level of urbanization,industrial structure and environmental regulation.The western region's green economic development is positively affected by the level of urbanization and technology.The positive impact of innovation,resource utilization and environmental regulation.Secondly,in terms of the time-phased characteristics of the level of green economic development,the level of green economic development was positively affected by the level of economic development,urbanization,technological innovation,resource utilization and environmental regulation during 2005-2008;in2009-2012,the level of green economic development was positively affected by the level of economic development and technological innovation,as well as by industrial structure and resource development.From 2013 to 2016,the level of green economic development was positively affected by the level of economic development and negatively affected by environmental regulation.Finally,according to the empirical research results of this paper,it puts forward overall Suggestions for promoting the development of green economy,and puts forward relevantcountermeasures and Suggestions for the eastern,central and western regions.Overall countermeasures: improve the environmental protection system,strengthen people's green consumption concept,and implement the policy of adapting measures to local conditions.For the eastern region: adhere to innovation-driven,improve government law enforcement;For the central region: accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure,improve the construction of urbanization system;For the western region: promote the transformation of resource utilization to green production and encourage technological innovation of enterprises.
